Tinkerbell/Carousel Horse Cake

I made this for my Daughter's 8th birthday. It has 8 carousel horses on it from the Wilton Carousel Horses Separator set (2 sets used). The Tinkerbell cake topper is a toy. Flowers are made using the Wilton button flower press set. My daughter came up with the idea to put the cupcakes in the tea cups - place a large marshmallow underneath the cupcake if the teacup is quite deep.
