Roulette Wheel on Cake Central

The bottom is a 15" round (two layer), and the center is an 8" round that I shaved down. The cake is finished in Italian meringue buttercream which we brushed with watered down brown luster dust to give it a little of a wood feel. Finally we added fondant cutouts in the black, red, and green. The center we made out of fondant as well. (The b-day boy turned 60)
