8" and 10" cherry chip cake (serves about 80), iced in white BC, wrapped in red ribbon and decorated in black BC scrolls. This was a cake that I made for another bakery. They came to pick it up and said, "Oh! We forgot to tell you the scrolls should be black!" (I'd made them in white.) I took them into the kitchen, flicked the crusted white scrolls off and re-did them in black icing. They were laughing at how easy it was for me to fix .."If it was us, we'd be in a big panic with no idea how to fix it!"
