My daughter and I made this cake for her office - inspiration from a very similar cake here on CC. Bottom tier was marble cake, middle tier chocolate, and top tier french vanilla. Hat and mittens are fondant/gumpaste mix over RK. We used real candy canes on snowman and gummy trees in royal icing around base. They loved it!
