Did you use chocolate icing for the brown? Also, did you use a tier support for your turtle? I will be using this design for my niece's bday this weekend, it is great!! (any advise would be helpful...)

The turtle is a 6" round that I rounded by carving. It's on a board. The 10" round has dowels in it to support it. I used a couple of toothpicks in the head to insert into the cake. Yes, I did use chocolate b/c. Have fun!!! I did. Very Happy
