Made for a co-worker's boyfriend's birthday. Strawberry cake with whipped filling, cream cheese icing, & chocolate icing accents. Complete with fondant Millennium Falcon, X-Wing, & TIE Fighter. Death Star - Wilton sports ball pan. Base - Double-layer 9" square. Word to the wise - icing gets shiny & melts in humid 90+ degree weather. Next time I'll be smart enough to cover the cake in fondant. But it was still a blast to make.
