I love chocolate ... I made a death by chocolate cake...covered it in chocolate ganache...used the left over ganache after it cooled in my butter cream...that is what the rosettes and borders are made from...it was delicious! And the shine it gave the butter cream was a nice surprise...just wanted to try it. TFL
