All cake covered in fondant except the snout which is covered styrofoam. This carved cake was made for a 2-yr-olds birthday to look like her stuffed puppy. I keep getting requests for how I did the texture...try using a rubber kitchen scrubber--Debbie Brown shows the technique in one of her books.
