My sister begged me to make this groom's cake right before her wedding for the rehearsal dinner. She sent me a photo from Pink Cake Box which inspired my version of this cake. It's a 15" chocolate cake filled with chocolate buttercream & covered in rolled chocolate. Chips, hearts and spades are molded chocolate & the cards are fondant all drawn freehand with exception to the queen, this I made with a transfer sheet on fondant to indicate that the groom had finally found his perfect queen.
