This is the cake I entered in the 2008 Wedding Cake competition in Tulsa, OK. I got a bronze, which is pretty good considering how many re-designs I had to do and did the majority of the work in four days. It's chocolate fondant, with bamboo board and vase, red gumpaste roses and apple blossoms. I also did a re-make of the photo to get rid of the background. Sorry for losing the nice comments.
