Beautiful! Is that two-toned blue or just the lighting? Confused I really love how it's sitting on blue glass base. Is that colored water in those blocks?

Thank you Melvira and Millermom. Millermom~it's actually 3 colors. BC was light teal, then the bottom was airbrushed dark teal resembling a sponge effect and then the whole cake was airbrushed silver. You cannot see this because when I took the picture the lights were dimmed and had to rely on the flash of the camera. The color effect was very nice. There's teal colored water in the blocks.
