This is my version of Elisa Strauss's purse cake. I made it for a friend at work who was transferring to a different department. She was thrilled with it and didn't want to cut it. I am really proud of this cake despite having trouble with the handle breaking off. Covered in chocolate Michele Foster Fondant with gumpaste accents and flowers.
