This is 6' high 8 inch round cake(3 layers). Red Velvet and Buttercream. The Bald Eagle is 100% edible and formed from cereal and covered in grass blade shaped fondant feathers, knife carved for detail and hand painted with gel colors. We still have him on a shelf . We just couldn't eat him and now we can't throw him away..LOL
