Western Wedding Cake

This one just about killed me! I'm still having nightmares three weeks later! Orginally, it was supposed to be stacked, which I tried! It started leaning and leaning....so I took it apart and ended up doing this. I didn't charge, since it's not what she wanted. I still feel bad. So, how bad is it? Please be honest

Not bad at all. What happened with your stacking?

I'm not sure what went wrong, I think alot of things. For one it was July 5th, I'm in Tenn, and it was under a tent without a fan or anything. Also, it was a 8' 7' an 6' rounds stacked. I don't feel like there was much room for support. I don' t know really. Thanks for looking!

Where are you in Tenn? I'm in Memphis. We have a local cake club, and a state Chapter of ICES that meets regularly outside Nashville if you're interested. What type of support structure did you use? That might be part of the problem - in addition to the record high temperatures we had in July and it's outside!!! Good job on Plan B!
