I did this for my son's birthday. Two 9x13 cakes (chocolate one with raspberry filling and the other bravian filling) carved and 6x6 (white no filling) for the top. Covered in buttercream then fondant. Colored brown fondant then brush with brown food gel to give the deep brown look.
