Funky Cupcake Birthday

This was for a pre-teen girl who wanted cupcakes instead of a cake. She also wanted funky colors. So I used Americolors electric colors and swirled a couple of different colors together. Topped them with Royal icing flowers and a ton of clear gold pixie dust.
