When the customer doesn't give you any theme here is a generic idea. This 12"x8" sheet is iced w/b'cream. The candles & flames are fondant. I airburshed them but they can be decorated w/b'cream just as easily. Any borders would set this off just as well as the dots & zigzag I used.
