wow.....thank you everyone for the fantastic comments, i will try to answer eveyones questions, if i miss someone i am sorry.... all the butterflies are made using patchwork cutters its the first time i have used these i really love them, the roses are made using fondant with tylose added then i added the pearls. mud cake is a favourite down here in oz its basically a really chocolately dense moist cake, i think there are a few recipes posted on here. thanks guys...........

thanks everyone!!! the bow is made from fondant with tylose added, i accidently added to much one time which made it go quite hard, but after i zapped it in the microwave for a few seconds it was soft enough to roll out really thin and not stretch or crack, once it cooled it was quite elastic and almost rubber like. so now when i need to make bows etc i add a bit extra tylose to get this accidentle consistency...
