I have a numerous amount of Wild Sunflowers growing in our ares. I know that they haven't been Sprayed. My MOG wants to use something like these, or black eyed susans or Daisies. Are any of these a concern? I was going t o make sure any flower I get for the cakes are wrapped so the stem it's self does not touch the cake. But I have no Idea I have never used Flowers.

Black-Eyed Susans are on the list of flowers that are toxic to animals. I can't seem to find anything definative with respect to humans.
Sunflowers seem to be safe, unless you are a bird eating too many seeds from a plant that took in too much nitrates (e.g. from fertilizer runoff).
According to University of California, Davis, Plant Sciences Dept. Daisies have minor toxicity and are a skin irritant. Here is a link to a chart with a list of potentially poisonous plants:

Dianthus and Carnation are, by all of my sources, POISONOUS! I don't know about the rest. I know very little about flowers, but that makes me wary of her list.......
