I used ivory gumpaste rolled thin and then dry dusted with gold luster before cutting out the pieces. let it dry out a while so they don't stretch on you.
The daphne cutter is for the smallest floral looking thingy in the logo, and to cut the middles out of the sqaures. Then you use a round cuitter to cut the sides of each square to make the curved in sides. The lilac cutter is used to cut the middle out of the circles. The center dots are cut with a small round piping tip. The LV was hand piped in royal out of desperation ( need to think of a better way to do that one)
Give yourself ,um....lemme think..... 3 days to do this....
Thanks a million Sugarshack!! If it took you three days I'll just go ahead and plan on a week straight!!! LOL
Thanks so much for posting this. I just saw your picture on the front page it is so awesome!

not sure; look for plunger cutters
I am a big fan of clay cutters. I buy them and try to find a use for them in gumpaste.
how's about making this into a nice photo tutorial you submit to CC for inclusion in the articles section?
please.
You are the best a true inspiration to all of us. A photo editorial would be awesome.
I wanted to share with you Sugar Shack that I was at the Colette Peters class at the Wilton School the end of March. As we were working on our gumpaste flowers we started talking about CC and what a great site it is. Everyone mentioned "have you seen sugar shacks cakes".
So you are an inspiration to many many decorators.
I hope you business is very successful and that all your customers appreciate the art you create, "Edible art" (I also hope you get paid what you are worth!!!!
Thanks soooo much sharing!!!!!!
