Ok , i just turned down a wedding cake for july 11. First of all i took the order because i knew the Mother, When they called i had about 2 weeks to do this cake , it was for 60 people , no problem right? Well next thing i know, She lets the daughter take over (the Mother did) to handle that part of the wedding still no problem then it went down hill after that. Right off the bat they couldnt decide on a flavor of cake, Then they wanted a Red Velvet cake with creamcheese icing mind you this is going to be a outside wedding, I said no way on the cream cheese icing i will do BC Well she said let me get back with you , OK, waited 2days she finally called me Sunday, Still had no clue as to what Flavor , I told her i needed to know ASAP so i can start on the cakes, since the 4th is this weekend, Well she calls me Yesterday I was to do a 3tier rd cake , she calls me and wants me to see this picture she had. I told her i could meet with her anytime Yesterday except at 4.30- 5.00 pm i had a Dr's oppt. Thats fine she said so she never called me back, So today after lunch i called her told her i would not do the cake . That since she couldnt meet with me and let me see what picture she had i feel that its too late to start on it, I feel bad but i need more time to get the details, she didnt even know what colors would be used Crying or Very sad Then she wanted to stack the two bottom ones and put the 6in top one on the tier plates with columns then she changed the size to a 12in instead of 10 , Well anyways i dont need this, Thanks for listening I think im PMSing
