   Mine still shows “processing” though my card was charged in December. What does that mean? I won’t receive the first issue?

   Ahhh – when I went back and clicked on it to “view or change order” I then could see the order status as Pending Shipment! I should have dug a little deeper before posting – sorry:) Can’t wait to see it!

   My order still says processing even thought the check was cashed weeks ago. If I don’t get my copy in the mail before I leave on vacation Sunday, for a week, what retailer can I go to so I can buy a copy tomorrow? I don’t know if I can wait an extra week!!!

   All orders in which we received payment by mid-day on Feb 19th should be receiving the first issue. If you mailed a check, it is the date we received the check that matters, not the date the order was made in the system.

   If you do not receive your first issue and you meet this criteria, please submit a support ticket and we will get you taken care of.

    It is too late to get the first issue via subscription, however you can purchase a single copy from one of our authorized retailers:

    I bought mine from a retailer today on our way to spend the afternoon at Disneyland. I couldn’t put it down! We looked at it on the tram ride from the parking lot to the park. Great job!!! It’s nice to have a magazine devoted to cake decorating and I loved reading articles from so many Cake Central Mentors!!!

    Went to New York Cake & Co. in NYC on my lunch hour and they still haven’t received the magazine shipment Hopefully soon, can’t wait to read the magazine!

    I got the magazine today!!!!!! It is fabulous! I love the full page pictures and the matte look of the paper so there is no glare. I can see details so easily. What an amazing first issue and I am so glad I have it in my hands! By the way, my pug, Giovanni, was sitting next to me as we hit the last cake picture. You can imagine our delight!!!

    Do you know if any big retail chains will be carrying the magazine? Ya know, like Barnes & Noble?? I sure hope so! I’d LOVE to go pick it up every month instead of paying the $60 up front.
    BTW…CONGRATS! It sounds like a hit!

    I still haven’t gotten mine – hopefully tomorrow. But no tutorials – that really saddens me thats why I got the subscription.

    Yes, it seemed to be mostly color photos contributed by bakeries, and highlights of some professionals…but I kind of anticipated a lot of direction as far as learning? I guess we will see next issue, splash2splat )

    It would be nice to have tutorials in the magazine. However, this is the first issue. Any concerns should be directed to Jackie and Heath. Perhaps in upcoming issues there would be some sort of a tutorial, if more of us ask for it. I havent gotten my copy yet either. I checked my mailbox yesterday hopeing it was there.

    I got an email stating that my magazine had been shipped. This was on 2/26/10 and it’s now 3/5/10 and I haven’t received anything yet. Can anyone help me? I’ve sent notices through the “contact us” but I haven’t received a reply either. Can someone please tell me what’s going on? why is it taking so long?? I’m going crazy waiting for my 1st issue.

    I received a confirmation by email last Friday (2/26) but still have not received the magazine. The shipping address is correct on the invoice so I don’t know what the problem is. Slightly miffed! Connie

    It is not possible to track a magazine subscription in the mail.

    We shipped the magazines on 2/26 and they can take up to 10 business days depending on where you live in the US.

    Re: tutorials

    There will be tutorials from time to time, but this really is not a craft magazine. the education of this magazine is more in the form of articles highlighting emerging trends, new ways to look at recipes, etc.

    The magazine is still evolving, and each issue will be a little different.

    I just finally got mine i was so excited!! I LOVE IT!! i can’t wait to see what else will be following up this one!! I kinda hope for more info some of the articals left me wanting to read more about them!! I love all the beautiful pics!!! GREAT magazine!!!

    I also received an email around the 26th of February and I still have not received my magazine. I think subscribers should receive magazines before the general public can buy them.

    Hurray, I received my copy today! The pictures are amazing, loved the story by Kerry and the advice by IndyDebi. I got so engrossed in the magazine I was late picking my daughter up from school. OOPS! Can’t wait until the next issue. Great Job Jackie and Heath!!!!!

    I too just recieved my issue of the magazine. I love the photography, it’s stunning.I too was hoping for a little more on the how to’s but loved the articles and all the pictures of cakes. This magazine came just in time for my birthday, I was soooo… excited. Thanks for your hard work and dedication to cake central.

    O.K., sounds like I’m questioning the reputation of Cake Central. I too…like many others…received notification that my subscription has been shipped on 2/26/10. I also sent a message through “contact us”…and I guess I’ll never receive a responsse as well. Was I ripped off of a hefty $60 subscription charge? I agree w. bmbcochran, subscribers should receive their issue before the general public. If you know that it may take a month to receive an issue, that should be stated on the confirmation notice or when ordering a subscription. Not too happy right now.

    I guarantee if you contacted us via the contact page we responded to your message.

    Obviously you were not “ripped off” as most people have received their subscriptions.

    If you do not receive your issue tomorrow, and you are in the USA, please PM Heath and it will be handled.

    EVERY single subscription was shipped when notified and if you have any doubt about our honesty in that, then I invite you to PM me to discuss it. I certainly take it as an insult that you would jump to those kind of assumptions rather than assuming there was a problem with the Post Office delivery.

    Hi Guys… just wanted to touch base with you… I placed my order in november I got my shipping confirmation that my Magazine shipped on Feb 26th.. I checked with my post office and so far no luck. Where are the Magazines being shipped from? I am in the USA. Any suggestions?

    I feel like a 2 year old that should be in time out! I stomped up and down because I did not get my magazine…but it arrived just as promised and just as promised it is beautiful and full of wonderful suprises. Jackie you look like a super model!     Hi there, I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. For my birthday my friend ordered a subscription to the new magazine. I have been anxiously waiting for the magazine to arrive… but still no luck. How long should it normally take to arrive?
