My little cowgirl rode back into town..........

So I made this topper and "6" for the birthday girl a couple of weeks ago to go on top of a cake. I was then asked by her mum if I could make a different cake so they could share it on her actual birthday with her extended family (the other display was for her party and classmates). As brief as it was, I was very excited to have my little cowgirl come back to visit so I could make her a new cake to go on and send her on her way again...awwww she is just as cute as I remembered her :)

Cake was vanilla cake filled and covered with vanilla buttercream and then fondant and little edible cowgirl and 6 on top (here's hoping she never got eaten....again)

Miss Draculaura - Take Three.......

This is my third Draculaura I have done now. I wanted to do something different to my original...lol and then my improved version of the original. Still wanted her similar....if that makes sense at all. Anyway I was very happy with how this version turned out. I also did matching cupcakes which are included in the other pics. Hope you like her :)

My Daughter's 18th Birthday cake. 3 double layered tiers. top tier is vanilla, middle tier is coconut cream and the bottom tier is chocolate. buttercream and cornilli lace.

Since there was no theme for this party, this cake turned out to be inspired in some pretty funny napkins I found at the store, and that I ended up offering them along with the cake :-)

For the 10th Birthday of my twinsâ�¦I made all tools by hand with sugar past and pastillage; it was hard but fun, and my kids were happy, and this is the important thing!
The first cake (the box) is a â��Madeira cakeâ�� with double chocolate cream and the othe cake (the wood table) is a classic italian â��Pan di spagna cakeâ�� with chantilly cream and strawberries.
