This is a sculpted cake I made for my son's birthday .
The pig was ioghurt cake with strawbery and the bird was chocolate and orange cake with chocolate ganache.

Showpiece I made for my debut as a new member of Culinary Team Finland. This was over 2 feet tall. The birch stump and magpie were made from rice krispie treats and covered in fondant and modelling chocolate. The fairy and flowers were all made from gumpaste.

6 inch round double barrel. Gumpaste stroller, covered and decorated in MMF, hand painted "chalk" design along the sides of the cake. I also made 3 dozen cupcakes to match it.

The wedding cake I made last weekend. Those roses almost did me in! I made the petal paste (gum paste) myself, but rather stupidly didn't colour it as I made it, so I had to knead it in by hand and it was rather a stiff batch! The second and bottom tiers are patterned using a stencil and white royal icing. The 3 butterflies are to represent the couple's 3 beautiful children :)
