Flower Crown

I made the crown out of royal icing following the tutorial that was recently posted. The cakes are covered in MMF. The piping on the bottom tier is also RI. For my daughter's 7th birthday. She helped design the crown!

Green "grass" is the cake. On top of pvc, the tower and peak are RKT. Everything covered in MMF, except for hair, that's chocolate.

The tree is two cakes stacked with a RKT peak. It's covered in MMF. The star, figures, and wrapping paper are modelling chocolate.

T-Rex

Birthday cake for my son's third birthday. About three feet tall. Used pvc pipes and RKT. The brown on the back is the chocolate cake covered in chocolate buttercream. I didn't cover because my husband said the chocolate looked too delicious to cover with green.

Halloween Night

12" and 10" cakes covered in MMF. Airbrushed sky. Painted black silhouettes. Moon, house, trees, pumpkins, ghosts made of modelling chocolate.

Hibiscus flower painted on cream cheese buttercream. 8" yellow cake filled with chocolate fudge filling.

Sunset painted on buttercream. Silohuettes are chocolate MMF, painted black. 10" x 4' cake.

Biggest Catch

Two 9-inch cakes stacked. Fish head is white modeling chocolate mixed with regular modeling chocolate. All other decorations are gumpaste. First 3D cake!

Unicorn Cake

Structured cake using PVC. About 3 ft tall. Used four 11x15 cakes. The body was strawberry cake filled with fresh strawberries and strawberry bc. The grass was carrot cake filled with cream cheese filling covered with cream cheese bc. The legs, tail, neck, head, and horn were RKT. Tail covered in MMF. Horn covered in white modeling chocolate. Mane made of white modeling chocolate. Body covered in bc. My first structured cake!
