Shopkins Cupcake Queen

This Shopkins Theme Cupcake Queen was made for my youngest daughter Gianna's 5th Birthday. The bottom is cake the top 4 inches of the frosting was formed with rice krispy treat mix!

I hand painted it with a light blue food color and then sprayed it with a americolor pearl airbrush paint.
