Disney Frozen theme for my little girl's 3rd Birthday. The tiara is piped royal icing, my first stab at it in years! The top tier is a banana cake with cream cheese filling. Middle tier is coconut cake with a salted lime buttercream filling. Bottom tier is chocolate cake with strawberry buttercream filling. The outside is blue colored buttercream and marshmallow fondant, and sixlets for decoration. I was intending to do something with the sixlets but didn't have enough. The decoration I ended up with was an "on-the-fly" kind of thing.

There are issues, it's not a perfect cake, but I tried hard to make a great cake, my daughter loved it and everyone enjoyed eating it (and the leftovers!).
