From simple humble beginnings of cake and frosting we get fantastic magical pieces of art...Mexican spice chocolate cake with toasted coconut buttercream that I did for my best friends Surprise 50th birthday party, she is a HUGE Harry Potter fan so I gave her the best Harry Potter cake I could conjure up...was almost to painful to cut into this cake!!
