10inch round cake. Half chocoloate, half white with strawberry filling and butter cream icing. Angel was modeled after the famous Amy Brown fantasy drawings and I just replaced the fairy wings for angel wings. The side border was built-up to included small royal icing flowers on the inside and piped royal icing in a lattice style to close it in. The angel was made from gel icing and wings were made of buttercream.
