I made this for my daughters 3rd birthday. Bottom cake is chocolate with chocolate cream filling, top is strawberry cake with a strawberry cream cheese filling. Both cakes are iced in buttercream and covered w/MMF. Cake is decorated with MMF flowers and edible image on a MMF plaque. Cake board is also decorated w/MMF and ribbon to coordinate with the cake. Thanks for looking!

This was a very special cake for me to do. It was for my niece's first birthday. Half Sheet Yellow cake with Lemon flavored buttercream. I used the piping gel transfer for the minnie mouse and filled in with stars. The backgound was a combination of yellow and pink Wilton mist sprays.

This is a two teir cake with three sattelite cakes. A lighted fountain resides under the first teir, giving it an elegant touch. All icing on the cake is buttercream icing, including the roses atop each layer. The wedding colors were burgundy and hunter green.

Chocolate cake w/BC & BC Frozen Transfer. I learned quite a bit with this one. Mainly 1-Don't airbursh on cold icing, it causes beading. 2- Don't use store bought chocolate icing to make black when doing the Frozen Transfer, it doesn't work well.

This is the White Almond Sour Cream Cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Since it was for my sisters birthday and she is at Disneyland today I picked up the little Disney package topper and moved the strawberries around so it would look more like a birthday cake then just a regular cake.

Thanks to my sister Carrie for doing this one with me. Castle (Thanks Kellym) 5.5" round and 9"square and 16" pillow cake (Thanks Michelle for doing the legwork). Impression mat for castle stonework, cute MMMouse door handles, everything is MMF. Pillow was too big to tackle for a first pillow cake--but the banner and M&M's turned out cute.

This was the most challenging cake I've ever done. No pressure - just the happy couple's most important day ever! It was practically perfect until the candles were lit and the icing began to soften. Not to worry - we blew them out after pictures and Mickey & Minnie lived happily ever after.

This customer was having a minnie mouse theme bday party for her 2 year old little girl. She wanted it to look like a present. I wanted to do the ears instead of the toy on the bow, but the color wasn't taking... but I am really happy with the way this one turned out, especially the red color.

This cake was done for a minnie mouse theme birthday. If I were to do it all over, I would fix the ears and make them closer to the head.

This was for my brothers girlfriends 30th birthday, they have just come back from a holiday in America where they went to Disney Land so he thought she would love a Minni mouse cake. This was my first chocolate transfer (I need more practice!!!) I used caramel chocolate for her face, dark chocolate for her ears and head and white chocolate for her eyes and mouth. The cake was chocolate mudcake covered in chocolate buttercream.
