We had this stand custom built, and it was well worth it. we do more cupcake weddings that we do actual cakes. The stand is over close to seven foot with the cake and topper.

This was for my cousin's Paris themed Bon Voyage party. All decorations are chocolate transfers. It was my first attempt, and they were pretty easy to do! I didn't know was how extremely heat sensitive they are. I lost part of the cloud around the Eiffel Tower and the street lamp I made to go next to the bench during the long, hot drive. You live and you learn! Also, around the base I had an Arch de Triumph scene and a Notre Dame scene that matched the "Bon Voyage Plaque". They were cool! PM me for pics.

This is my first all fondant covered wedding cake! Even though I had some issues with bubbles and such you just can't tell and I am very pleased with how this turned out! Took inspiration from the normal tower of roses cakes. This was a WASC with Strawberry Filling and Vanilla Almond bc filling; flowers are silk. VERY YUMMY! The bride and groom loved it and so do I! Thanks for looking!

Dark chocolate cake filled with fudge frosting. Covered in MMF. The towers are paper towel rolls covered in fondant, the spires are ice cream cones covered in MMF shingles. BC grass and water. It was a lot of hard work, but the birthday girl LOVED it, and I really learned a lot. I would do a few things differently, but all in all I am pretty pleased. TFL!

I saw a similar design at a cake shop and thought it was darling. The figure is made of gumpaste. All other decorations are MMW fondant.

For a 4 yr old who just vacationed in France and saw real castles. I found this cake by CakesUnleashed in the galleries and fell in love with it. Their cake is amazing. 6" stacked in 9" round tiers with RkT towers. MMF covered and decorations. First time using RKT in the desing . I like the tilting of mine. A lot of fun but a lot more work than I had thought.

Frogs were inspired by Donna Lane (youtube) and the cupcake toppers are lily pads with a small white blosson. The mini cupcake base is mud cake and iced with fluffy frosting.
This was for a Christening. The theme was from the baby's favourite stuffed toy.

A friend was visiting from Australia... and it was her son's birthday during their holiday... she asked me to do a cake incorporating Mario and The Leaning Tower of Pisa... and so I did the base like my previous Mario cake... and then made Mario from gumpaste.. and the Tower is a bought souvenir... that luckily for me is sold in a shop in town!!!

This is not one of my favorites. made as requested to resemble pics of his boat, and to include the following requests: the eiffel tower, cooler of beer, buoy, sand bar, "summer of paul", "40" being dragged by the boat. Forgot to take pics after I put the lid and ice cubes in the coolor! Learned alot from this cake.

My first cupcake tower! So much fun!! WASC cakes, filled with strawberry filling and cream cheese BC. The tower is made of doubled up foam core board, and PVC pipe to separate the layers. Thanks for looking!

Groom's father built the stand. Black satin ribbon around each base. Just white cake with white buttercream and black edible glitter (thanks to Halloween decorations being out). The bride ordered 2 edible pictures for the top tier. It doesn't show, but I also made a giant cupcake for the bride and groom to cut. The 175+ royal icing roses took FOREVER, especially because I tipped them with a black food coloring marker after they hardened. The leaves are royal icing painted with silver dust.

This is a 9 inch round sitting on a 9X13 on a frosted cake board. The turrets are frosted cake and sugar cones. I used a skewer to add support and stability to the cones, but even with that, a 2 inch deep cake was not enough to support that height. One of the towers fell over at the party.

I made this cake for a party we had after my sister and her husband came home from their honeymoon in Paris. 8" and 6" round teirs of sourdough chocolate cake with cream cheese buttercream filling, covered and decorated in MFF and red satin ribbon. The Eiffle Tower was made of royal icing. After my DH accidentally knocked over the tower while it was drying, I had to peice it back together and cover up the flaws with the fresh roses.

I made this cake for my DD and DS French club cake raffle at their school. I need a lot of practice with gumpaste, mmf and making figures. I guess for the first attempt they aren't too bad. DD said everyone loved the cake and there was some bickering over who was going to get the cake. I'll take that as a compliment.

Bride wanted vanilla & chocolate cupcakes covered in mint green and ivory colored buttercream. There is also a cake for the slicing ceremony which was vanilla. I suggested a few sites for ordering the stand and this is the one they selected. I made the roses on top of buttercream also.
