Hey JoJo, Whatdya say? This is the very first cake I've been paid for! WooHoo! None of the local bakeries had anything pre-fab for JoJo, so a friend recommended me to do the cake. It's a chocolate cake, BCT of JoJo, Goliath & Croakie. Little Maggie was very excited when she saw it.

Cake is 10" and 6" with the top carved into a tent. Cakes are iced in BC and all decorations are in fondant. I painted the characters but next time I'll just color the fondant in the first place.

This cake was freakin'huge! This is a Disney Princess cake for my neice's 6th birthday. The towers are papertowel and toiletpaper rolls covered in MMF. The tops of the towers are sugar cones. The cakes are 2 1/2 sheet cakes stacked on the bottom in chocolate, the top is 2 yellow round 7" cakes. The flowers are all MMF and the entire cake is iced in bettercreme.(Yea...I know! But that's what she wanted and I didnt have to make it!) I had a blast doing this cake. It was so much fun!

First time FBCT--it was really fun! I learned a LOT for my next try--I even decapitated Cinderella when placing it on the cake, but after hearing so much about FBCT, I just had to give it a try. I guess I'm lucky Cinderella wears a choker! For my cousin's birthday, Bettercreme icing, decorations done in buttercream. One layer of chocolate cake, one layer of yellow with a vanilla custard filling.

Done freehand while I studied the movie logo online. My oval cutters weren't quite the right shape, so I couldn't go to all the edges. I should have just adjusted the pattern to fit my cookie shape. I don't like the "empty" spaces!

Used Americolor food colorings.

I was asked to do this cake for a customer who had seen the castle cake I did for my dd. She wanted a different color scheme and the princess figurines incorporated with the cake, as well as all the princesses being in the windows. Her 7 year old was very excited and she was very pleased. Towers are made from plastic cups, princesses cut from invitation and thank-you note.
