Painted Cookies
NFSC with antonia74's royal icing and painted with americolor gels........I made these as a test for my Grandma's 80 birthday party over Memorial Day weekend, I'm going to try and freeze them and see if it works when they've been painted *crossing fingers*.......may have to do them over in a couple weeks lol
Wow, those are incredible :D
wow they are fabulous! how did you paint the flowers like that? they're gorgeous!
8O OMG!! They are beautiful!
They are so nice!! What tecnique did wou used?
Those are great! So pretty!
These are breathtaking! Your grandmother will just love them!!
Beautiful! How'd you paint the flowers? With a paintbrush and the food coloring?
Really pretty - nice job :)
thanks so much, yes I used a paintbrush and the americolor gels just straight out of the bottle....I just loaded two different colors on the paintbrush when I painted them..kinda like the one stroke painting (although I don't know how to one stroke paint lol).....they're very easy to do!
Those are awesome...I may just have to buy some Americolor and try these myself. :)
great job. these are fantastic.
Just beautiful!!!
WOW! :o
They are just adorable, hope it works out for you.

What a lovely, lovely job! Nice work ... Gramma will be very impressed!
WOW! Fantastic! Are they at all sticky after they dry? I'm definately going to try this.

OMG - did you paint those free hand? They are beautiful!!!
WOW, these are awesome. I only wish I had as much talent as you.
Absolutely beautiful!!!!!
These are sooo pretty~~~ Great Job, if I were to get one, I wouldn'g even want to eat it, it's so beautiful 8O
wow you guys are soooooooo nice........mitsel8 no they aren't sticky at all after they're dry.......they dry in about 5-10 minutes and the paint tends to dry with a bit of a sheen on it but it's not tacky or sticky whatsoever completely dry and smooth....you can rub them and it won't bother them a bit (as long as your hands aren't wet or anything lol)
beauitful!
love these, Ihave tried painting like this before and mine never look this good.
you guys can buy the americolor gels right here on Cake Central!! I don't know if wilton gels would work, they seem thicker to me and I haven't personally tried them so I don't know....I know the americolor's are kinda paint consistency right out of the bottle, so that's what I use....I just add a little bit of white to the colors to get the shade I'm after.....other than that I don't really do anything special...just kinda paint a five petal flower, it's pretty basic I'm sure if you tried it y...
Too pretty to eat!
Beautiful!
