A confetti cake on top and a marble cake on bottom part with Italian meringue for the 6th grade class at Maria-Goretti school in Quebec city where my daughter studies. The books are covered with fondant. The hat and the diploma certificate are fondant that I let dry few days. The students really enjoyed this cake!
