This cake was extra special as it was made with tons of love for my son. Second attempt at cover a cake with fondant. Overall I am pretty happy with how it turned out. I think I had to much frosting on the cake maybe I should have set it longer before covering? To scared to write on it. White cake, caramel sauce, Dulche Leche custard filling and whipped cream butter cream covered with MMF. Anchor and compass gumpaste the rest is fondant.
