For my computer-games loving son who celebrated his 9th birthday! After his Sonic, Mario, Rayman en Bowser's Lair cake, this year he asked for a Kirby Cake. So mum dis (again!) her best... My only wish was to use my new cake stand, he didn't mind! The bottom tier is a sponge cake with "speculaas (dutch cookie)-spices", apple jam en vanille buttercream. The middle tier is all time kid's favorite banana cake en de top is vanilla sponge with buttercream en strawberry jam. My freezer is full, because we only had 4 guests, hahaha!
