Made this cake for my mom's 50th birthday celebration. Bottom tier was red velvet with cream cheese filling, middle was chocolate cake with peanut butter cream, and top was white cake with strawberry buttercream. The cakes were iced in ganache then covered in coffee flavored fondarific (I needed that color and it was so yummy!) Sprayed with gold and pearl edible spray and iping was gold gel that I found by wilton. I also used the cake stackers support system. TFL!
