I made this for Easter and it was a hit. Chocolate carrot cake and chocolate buttercream. Fondant & buttercream decorations. Thanks to Benja for the idea! I baked the cake in a loaf pan, frosted with chocolate buttercream, carved out V's for the carrots and filled them with orange buttercream, and crumbled the left over carved cake on the top and made the green carrot tops with buttercream. When you cut it, there are carrots in each slice. Such a fun idea!
