Made this cake yesterday for my friend's daughter's 3rd birthday party. It was my first cake using homemade mmf and my first cake where everything is homemade :) I think it turned out wonderful. It has a vanilla/ almond cake filled with a strawberry cream filling and covered in vanilla/almond buttercream. I'm not professional by any means, and just a stay at home mom, but I received so many compliments yesterday I'm thinking of getting myself a part time job at a bakery :)
