my birthday today, but this cake was for my boss's daughter, whose bday is very close. It was the perfect cake that we both liked, and i didn't even have to cut it up (which made me very happy) one of my favorites. she loves juicy and also has a scotti dog, so the scotti heritage crest was perfect. she also loves toosie rolls, so hence the mini ganauche rolls.
