I did this cake for Holt International's 55th anniversary gala auction. There were several desserts put up for auction and I was happy to be apart of it. Chocolate mudcake with vanilla SMBC and dark choco ganache. The fondant is the amazing Michele Foster Fondant. Love it! All decorations are modeling chocolate. The hand painted saying is their logo "From your heart to your home". The decal is their logo.
