I work for a seniors housing company that has lodges, apts and cottages and this is a cake for our Admin X-Mas party. The main house is our logo. Cake is red velvet with green white chocolate cream cheese filling, covered in Rhonda's ultimate MMF. Fondant accents and wh choc cream cheese icing snow border. Santa is free-hand with edible marker on fondant.
