This cake was for my sister-in-law Martine who is a nurse. Thank you to all the CC'ers for the inspiration, I put a lot of cake ideas together and had a lot of fun to do this cake! This is vanilla cake with buttercream and raspberry jam filling covered with fondant. All the details are fondant and edible except for the syringe needle who is a toothpick painted with silver luster dust.
