When I was starting in this hobby one of my sons asked me for a Harry Pottercake, and I said that is out of my league! year has passed and t hree days ago I started this ...chocolate mix cake w/bc fill covered in fondant. The first book took 5hrs to make, I was ready w/all my cc tips but I can tell you it is not easy to make a book cake!The open book was much easier.!!Decorations 50/50 fondant-gp. My son was so happ and surprise and does not even want us to cut it, he wants to save it for the openning of the theme park!1
