1/4 Sheet cake with chocolate ganache filling. Chocolate fudge Icing with green leaves piped along sides and borders . A week before the shower I began modeling the lion, elephant ,monkey, Baby ,palm tree and baby blocks & bottle out of fondant. They were dry by the time I assembled and decorated the cake.
