9" Banana WASC filled and coated in chocolate ganache and covered in MMF. 1st time using ganache (so much better under fondant than BC!) Covered the board with MMF and destressed it and brushed it in orange and yellow petal dust to look like the leather in the Ferrari seats. Made the red mmf by using strawberry jello and Wilton No Taste Red - and it still took an entire bottle to make the 1 batch but it smelled and tasted delicious. Cut out the horse from black mmf and painted the white highlights. TFL!
