I made this for my brother-in-laws birthday. He's a big Carolina Panthers fan. Our last name is Lay hence the jersey name. I just made a sheet cake and cut the bottom off and formed it into sleeves, then covered the whole thing in blue fondant. I made all the lettering and panthers out of fondant. He loved it!
