I made this for my daughter's birthday - had a lot of fun making this one! 10" bottom tier is strawberry cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberries. Top tier is 6" Amazing chocolate WASC with cookies n cream filling. The top strawberry is a 4" carved chocolate cake. The whole cake is covered in Michele Foster's white chocolate fondant. Strawberry Shortcake is a candle, the bows and flowers are gumpaste and the strawberries are fondant. TFL!
