Ireland's O'Brien's Tower was recreated in gumpaste for this Irish-themed birthday cake for twin women. The husbands requested a "fun, crazy, Irish party cake" so I threw in everything Irish I could think of: tons of little potatoes, Guinness, clover, shamrocks, pot o' gold, a harp, an Irish coffee, a leprechaun's hat, Celtic knots, and balloons in the colors of the Irish flag. The sign is hand lettered with edible ink. The cake design was loosely based off of one of my favorite Tonedna cakes and I modeled my sheep twins after Evone's adorable Shaun the Sheep.
