Got an idea for a spumoni cake after seeing an episode of Cake Boss....(he had some cookies that looked like spumoni cookies on the tray for the pregnant lady) anyway, all layers are WASC cake; chocolate layer has chocolate pudding; pistachio layer has pistachio pudding, and the cherry layer has maraschino cherries w/juice in it........filled and frosted with homemade whipped cream........put in freezer overnight; took to lunch with "the girls" last Friday..........it was a little slice of heaven!!!!!!!!!!!
